🇺🇸 United States — Free Shipping All US orders ship free with an estimated delivery of 2 business days. We ship from a US-based warehouse so there are no customs delays or import fees.

🌍 International Shipping We currently ship primarily to the United States. International orders may be available at checkout — delivery times vary by location and typically take 7–21 business days.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tellapet29@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
